awesome okay good evening welcome to Shack one of our favorite times to get together and talk about what's going on and if you don't mind I would like to do some introductions we have some new members and I'm really excited that we have new people joining us I wanted to make sure that communication is clear so I'll pause every once in awhile to make sure The Interpreter is good chasing yourself I'm Joe Gallagher would rather you come up there to the front I can try to Mare and I'll do it hi everyone hello my name is Joe I was project manager for outreach and education related to an agency here in Austin under safe Alliance I'm happy to be here thanks for joining us and I think we have another new member hello I'm Mark Johnston I'm responsible for Ranger press ncte anyone else knew okay so next on the agenda we need to review the minutes for approval please will remit review the minutes quickly and then we'll move forward you're following you can hear okay Ashley pulling up that's why they disconnected reconnected to the TV we have a few minutes to review so just take a few minutes to look this over if you're here just review and if your new will explain because your new we're talkin about PowerSchool RS is the student information system that's where we specialize in formation and so we're talking about security accessibility login we're also talking about Shi school health in today and I'll expand upon that we also talked about the new house bill related to fentanyl and Courtney came up and talked about the health center updates discussing triage medication vaccination meningitis vaccination we also talked about how we want a line Shack with Sgt number two securing a school positive School climate and then I'm going for this year Shaq wants to make sure we have a game plan and so we set up subcommittees what different focuses that we will pursue and Tackle by the end of the year we also wrapped up with discussion related to health Bill 11 more that's the vaping bill just a friendly reminder the minutes are in Google Drive so feel free to type we have D who's a fabulous note-taker for us but revise and let us know it's also on our Shack page at the website and there is videos from the meeting and then minutes there and the agendas there any of check directions for the systems for the minutes Debbie says we make a motion to approve someone 2nd and is anyone until we do have two people on Zoom there's Julie. And Crystal Debbie Amy hometown will be joining on to okay so now we're really excited would love to hear from the subcommittee discussions updates about what's going on your plans your question what your needs maybe and we will start with n h i Shi do you want the captioning on the TV or are you hello Nick did stop by talk about his PowerPoint and it's pretty much self-exploration and we'll talk about it as we go through and get your feedback on how to roll out the Shi so I'll let you read so these are the topics for discussion about how to roll this out so that's what we want your feedback on I want to give you a little bit of the history 15 years ago was the last time this happened which is a good cycle it's nice but it is a lot of work to gather this information so now it's beginning with these three members give me. We talked about the big picture 4 Shi and how that aligns with Shaq and how that'll roll out and it's needing further discussion cuz we have some current data that we can use we're other areas we still need to collect reports from Princeton students and the point is to gather that information and then get results so we can plan for next year for schacht so we have two more meetings and we're hoping to get some results before that last and with those results we can make some decisions on where we want our Focus to be for next fall you're following do you remember going back to the modules that were listed let me go bad so keep things in mind each of these groups are who these modules were intended to serve number one module was given the risk manager facilities manager superintendent so these are different categories of focus groups so it's not like we just handed out to everyone asking them to fill it out those specific modules focused on different groups to get an idea and get it. I don't know if I can answer your question but I can write your question down Debbie's asking I'm wondering if on that list sorry so just wondering if on that list if it came up if someone else should get that module would we give you that information for the committee Ashley Stanton yes can't take notes in mirror think I've two questions how many questions are on the survey Amy was going to bring that but I'll find out and I'll send that information out and this one might be long number to will it be accessible through sign language Spanish and English that's the goal we need to identify categories and who can lead those modules and then Signs filmed himself signing that so that's a lot of information before we can roll out the parrot part I think for that it should be spread out so January March if you send it all all at once I don't think you're going to get good data will you take note of her suggestion does parents get all of these surveys if they're sent out every week it's going to be too much for parents baby separate them 2 months apart everybody with me so far just reading through this slide you have other thoughts other feedback I was hoping Amy would bring the survey I will ask her to send that out so send the questions out to you so you can get an idea it's pretty thick but we can break it down into smaller packets module 1 I think safety policies people who participate play we make policies myself and with the risk management perfect do you want us to share ideas now committee on campus who could be responsible for each building and those people should be in number one Brittany says that the stadia that he's asking well maybe you don't know why but school health services only includes Student Life parents and teachers why does the name load instructional programs number five should that include instructional programs okay so next add psychiatrist number 6 I know we haven't committee that it's been implemented this year the sea PCP okay any feedback on that one number 10 counselor should be involved this one family connections family involvement we did everyday about Becca speaking number 10 should include social workers so please add that I agree Mark Johnston family career counselors should be added to number 10 perhaps Career Center I was a good thought that's why we have you here anyone participating in that transition to outside Services you're right Access program has a case manager and an Employment Specialist I'm not sure if that prayer should be involved access has a case manager and an Employment Specialist maybe they should be involved with number 10 Amy who should be involved with number 11 social worker should be involved with number 11 I think it depends on the questions you know but I think we should involve them module 11 social workers Debbie we also have people in the superintendent's office who has the Partnerships are Outreach with the community Tina is involved with PR and recruiting and Gabe Cardenas Gabriel Cardenas is a Pio public information officer I could be spanking wrong but I think they just hired an Information Specialist Amanda Wolfe I don't not quite sure what her role is for the superintendent's office my understanding is that Amanda is more headed to supporting technology PR but we could put their name down and it wouldn't hurt to find out and get some clarification I'd rather ask the not Rachel saying I do it's important that SOC could be part of tea SD and dealing with 0 to 3 Partnerships with families and so forth so that could be included in modules 10 11 I think some of these without looking at the packet we're kind of going in blind maybe we look at the survey questions and determine whether it's relevant or not alright thank you interpreters are okay now we are going to talk about the SEL that team is not here but a really quick update when we met with Carl and Geralyn they are already working on their own doing research they have met with companies review the curriculum all of that so that is all a process already so they met they reviewed and then they're going to pick one by the end of the year and start it next fall so that's why that subcommittee is trying to get that out to the other subcommittees I will do that tonight to encourage you to join them you can be on more than one it's up to you feel free to look at decide you're interested in that and enjoying one of them okay thank you are you ready ready ready what is that okay my team has a lot of information about Fentanyl we want you to see what we're already doing what we need to do what they have and what we don't have these are the things we already have House Bill requires that we have to research basic instruction for 6 to 12 grade including fentanyl instruction drug and medical drug abuse and prevention prevention of abuse and addiction awareness of the school and Community real sources and any processes involved in accessing those health education that includes information about substance use and abuse including youth in middle school we already teach health class that's part of the 9-week rotations is health class has one of them and it's 6th grade 7th grade 6th grade focus on nutrition Health drug abuse in seventh grade it's more of Mental Health social emotional health but sometimes those overlap crossover in mental health we talked about drug abuse because those are related to mental health so we already have and then high school has helped education as well and tea has it's not coming up I don't know why part has this including fentanyl which is alliance with the teks so kindergarten the third has an introduction and it has specific teks that increase in skills and their Foundation as they go through Upper grades basically it's the same but it's more in-depth every year do they already have goals second is suicide prevention PSD already has the anonymous reporting it's on the iPad the kids all have access to the let's see something say something they have something this year on their ID That's The Suicide Prevention Hotline and that is included in there so like in my class in health we talked about that and the students will say I already know about this it's on my ID so that's good that we're giving that out there providing other ways to educate for suicide prevention it is the little B see I feel I have to teach Suicide Prevention and sometimes I feel like a my skilled enough as a teacher to teach that some kids already have had suicide attempts or thinking about reporting it the first time I taught that I had Natalie the SEL person help because I felt awkward but now I feel like I've gotten much better at it well the kids do you know if you're feeling uncomfortable or awkward talk to a counselor prevention for abuse and addiction to Fenton tea has the resources October was fentanyl away this month there is like a one pager here for you can use there are resources for teachers to use in the classroom there are access to posters you can put up your classroom and a variety of resources there's more information here 30 EA has all of that already if you miss anything or I miss anything let me know there is different access for different information that they have Spanish and English versions and we can add signing for the awareness for Community Mental Health we are talking about bringing people from the community so it's kids talking with kids because often some kids from high school may have already experienced something. come and talk with the kids off and when it's just the teacher standing up their kids are like whatever yes but when they hear it from another student or maybe seeing videos of the families that it actually happens to them child their child died the family sharing that story is more impactful maybe having police come to discuss different aspects but just different members of the community coming to present TSD is already partnering with law enforcement Emergency Management and health authorities the nurses the counselors to purity all of these people listed they have assemblies May thing do things in the classroom so we are just encouraging more of that for next year October we are just going to have a variety of things that we're going to do also involving parents in the presentations we are thinking about having like an auditorium style presentation next year so parents can come or they can do Zoom have a presentation inviting other families who maybe have experienced something or law enforcement just so that parents are more aware of what's going on at the parents of the first time I thought about it my son was 20 in college and I'm like oh he doesn't do drugs then I really thought like what if he was sick and had a headache she has this friend you have an Advil and his friend gave him something that might be too late I felt like I needed to call my son you know and tell him to not be asking your friends for any kind of medication buy it yourself but it's a lot of things that people don't think about kids not all where they not are not sure what's going on and just different ways they need to think about it and parents may not know any pill can be dangerous or it might look like candy so you need to make sure it is things you purchased yourself and know what it is same thing here like with dorm students maybe they bring some from home and the parents need to inform the health center but maybe the kid just has it in their backpack and it looks completely Innocent but the kid May found I found something or they may not know what it is and it may end up drugs knowing how to get help can this is parent education the problem with fentanyl it has to be fast you cannot wait for the EMTs you cannot wait for them to get remember the activity with salt explain that 10 G of salt like that the fentanyl that dose that can kill someone like the tiniest little amount do you want me to stand up now so I should be on the TV Terry's coming up to talk I think we're almost a little too late to be honest with you two of our most recent alumni arrests were for fentanyl they were arrested with 280 mg that could have easily killed all of our high school students if it takes only 10mg so I'm our line is more open now we cannot afford to wait any longer is my two cents I suggest now so you share with parents all of these resources people just think it's not going to happen here it's not go happened to my kid but you never know they need to all be safe any questions and so we will be doing it through video for the parents thank you so much for your presentation that was an awesome job pulling all that together for us I do want to communicate you there's a been a lot of good discussions but really we cannot wait you know we keep talking about things are going to do next year later Rochelle's Rachel so we need a plan yes I I would love to see a subcommittee if they could really like roll out some kind of plan of how to share all of this information bring the awareness I think it's great but we need it campus-wide like Carrie said it is in our community and it's happening so I think next steps will be for that subcommittee Mark Chadwick our chief safety officer I believe with manager safety risk manager safety and risk manager Mark is bear big on at promoting Fentanyl and so I would like him to support the subcommittee of he's available that way we had some kind of discussion last year high school hosted the presentation with the parents Justin passed away it was heart-wrenching I believe we had eight grade through high school go I don't remember that okay they an undercover officer parents and there was somebody else that came and presented and they explained about the risk and it was really like very impactful that you know all of them are like oh it's not me it doesn't happen to me it won't happen here but it was very powerful so maybe the subcommittee could work out for annual sorry it's are you distracting there's something on the TV behind me I think Ashley could maybe make some recommendations Ashley can you coordinate after our recommendations maybe you could help start get things going sure I can so they will make a plan and Ashley will help coordinate it Ashley sorry to maybe similar name signs thank you so much good job next is nutrition I don't have slides this is Debbie I'm coming once a two-set wants to know we can set up like the last meeting where you can see who's in the room on Zoom no more cuz we're using a power we're not able to show the group sorry I am Debbie I work with two other people on the nutrition plan and I will admit we have struggled with getting together because of scheduling but we threw information together across the room really we've made a plan and I haven't checked in with everyone but we first wanted to double-check with the whole department what their concerns were we've heard different items for discussion but we wanted to know exactly what the concerns were with food in your building cuz it's going to be different for elementary as it is for DLC or access or high school so forth one thing that came up many times happen to be related do the drinks that students have available to the ham and the building some kids are drinking coffee some kids have energy drinks which is really a no no it's not even good for someone 18 or older but most of our students are at great teen drinking these types of beverages so we want to educate them on that next we were trying to get started with the cafeteria staff working with their supervisors we wanted to make sure that we have a clear understanding of their policies and procedures and how they select food for students how they deliver that food to them we found some conflicting information students who had gluten restrictions had very limited items some items were expired sweet want to look at what that really looks like and collaborate and try to make improvements there's a big eject we want to work on related to competitive food so that's what's competing with the nutritional items in our space like candy snacks what are competing foods and what are the guidelines in the handbook which are lengthy and not easy to read that we could summarize that information to make it more understandable and make it accessible for everyone to understand in Sign Language cuz it'll put you to sleep reading through these guidelines we need it much more clear it's all in legalese so we want to make it accessible to everyone so that is part of our handbook the handbook is pretty thick and we want what we want to do is make sure that we put it in the handbook and make sure that it's accessible and understandable not just for policies and procedures but also in terms of educating people on best nutrition here at school Connie has her panda but starting a middle school it's not competitive Foods kids just don't eat they get to school in the morning and they're starving and that impacts their education their focus in the classroom they're false asking for a snack and then after lunch they say I'm hungry I'm like you just went to lunch I didn't eat in the cafeteria a lot of kids don't eat anything in the cafeteria so we need something tasty bring it from home cuz they're hungry that's on why we want to collaborate with the cafeteria cuz we feel like they are following the plan but we're not clear on their plan and why they serving those specific food items in Paris will also say that some students who are day students they bring their lunch and then when they get home that you know they're not eating our breakfast still we're trying to figure out what's happening because we also in elementary noticed that many of the students will pick the cold box lunches and they'll take the chip the SunChips delete that and then I'll maybe eat two of the baby carrots and that's it and maybe just eating a little bit but they're not having a wholesome meal some will take the hot plate and they clean your plate but if they don't like it they'll get the cold blocks and only eat the chips so we're trying to figure out how we can improve High School to save NATO and eat same thing and really that is encouraging taze so the cafeteria couldn't have some different types of food some International Food you know that's great but how can we can encourage daily for students to try while it's there so anyway we're trying to get together with the cafeteria to see what we can do together to make it better for our students also the capital options are the same every month variety does not come up that much students have limited choices they get the plate and they have to take what's on the plate they can't look at the line and rearrange their that used to be the policy so we want to get together and ask why is that a new system what they related to do and figuring that out so that we can plan better and know how to address those needs and that's where we are we're also hopefully in the future having a shack meeting that will be a working meeting so we can work together and ask each other what we think because the schedule has been very hard for a variety of people on the committee but we're doing our best questions add a debris out of the dietitian have you consider adding to dietitian to your your group he's welcome to join us at course if she's not on the shack we can reach out to her you'll give me the information will add her to our group and see if she can offer some help thank you Carrie's asking will you include residential programs because they order out almost every day so will they be included in that project or will it be separate we can consider that starting and then expanding and including. Will you make a note okay thank you for the healthy snacks back there tonight but I did pick the donut holes I wasn't being a very good representative meaning of food we have plenty so help yourself now Switching gears who's on the mental health subcommittee all right yeah it's a knee so this comedian evolved Crystal Connie podesta Andrea bright Fontana who else am I missing Rachel and Natalie so there were six of us so for this meeting we were struggling to get together but for the first meeting there only three of us but I know we're going to continue to work towards this goal so for mental health were a little bit vague on what are specific purpose is obviously TSC has a lot of mental health needs but why specifically is the goal for this committee and in the first meeting we only had the three areas that we really focused on and obviously our needs are much greater and if we want to focus nice. That's fine but that's where we had our Focus so far Focus number one is our school health curriculum Connie was explaining that yes we do have an SEL curriculum right now in elementary and middle school and we're developing for high school next year that's to be expected but the health curriculum itself will focus on Mental Health, he was explaining that it seems his seventh grade is the only grade so far where they focus on that and it doesn't seem to have a real curriculum it's more of the teks that are being followed and the book being used right now has illness it talks about a mental illness instead of focusing on more positive neutral language Connie herself is developing a curriculum using a lot of YouTube clips trying to help provide visual access for students and says that when you talk about Deep Emotions instead of simple superficial you know sometimes it can be a range of emotions that can impact your life and try to help students understand that mental health is more than just simple emotions Connie also explained that SEL is part of the curriculum but she's not comfortable talking about suicide with students and she's not sure how to follow up and provide support after that discussion so she wants to collaborate with the count hours for that type of discussion and having that part of the curriculum I will talk about person first language instead of using a diagnosis or a label you want to make sure that both in the curriculum and in the class discussions we are using person first a person with mental health a person with anxiety a person with autism whatever it may be using purse first language is important the goal is to have a spiraling curriculum starting an elementary talking about mental health that would continue through high school and possibly access that is a Continuum not in that are separated so that's what we have so far the goal is to explore more curriculum options and more things that have already been established concepts for teachers to uses instruction for mental health topics second topic are set up a secondary of focus is suicide and self-harm so right now the counselors are going through clarification process and trying to set up our formal processes we're now in the process of separating cuz before it was both suicide and self-harm always overlapping with the evaluation process and now we're taking those and looking at them separately because we know the purpose behind each behavior is very different and can meet you the intent is different and there's different ways to support so I think it's important that we be transparent more clear with parents with teachers and with TSC staff to understand what the process looks like and how we're going to support students and how we're going to train staff and how to support the kids after evaluation occurs Nature's care and we want to support the kids and we want them to get the support they need but what we give them that information and then we're finished how are we going to monitor and supervise them and provide that sport what are we going to do so we want to expand upon that sorry there was a bug flying in front of my face so that's the focus for number 2 the focus of number 3 is probably like 3 to 10 we talked about resource building we want to see more sources both internally at TSC and external resources as well Rachel pointed out that some families are not comfortable with getting resources and mental support here on best they do don't feel like it's private enough it's a small community and they don't feel safe and at the same time some families don't know how to access resources in the outside Unity or they're not comfortable in the outside community so in a perfect world it would be nice to have options for families and give them a choice depending on what fits their situation better goal is to consider having a tea SD Clinic mental health clinic so they can get support within not only for students but also for families and they talked about gospel Community Resources and exploring for more options for example SOI SOC and how we could partner better with them and then talking about treatment approaches and are deaf kids could access for example animal therapy or healing horse therapy or something that's not dependent on pain talking and language but could be a successful and beneficial Bonnie so talking about that like the animal therapy you know my science class has a variety of animals and my early ones morning a student came to school grouchy like upset in the morning and I know that that student love the baby rats so I changed you start with them like go ahead and go in and get your rat get your animal you can hold the animal while you're working it'll sit on your shoulder and oh my gosh since I started that that kid has not come in grumpy at all has I asked to go to the counselor at all 2 days ago or the other day I arrived late and I was like go ahead and go get the rat and from that point on the student was able to work was in a good mood and happier so I know stuff like that works animals are powerful I am not sure I would have identified rats as powerful but fun fact I would like to add a in fact I went to the Museum Center recently I found babies like the seventies or eighties they had therapy dogs on campus this is Debbie we are trying to figure out how to I don't know what it's called how to coordinate that who takes care of the animal are there grant money that we got this year to get a reading dog to come every week to the Middle School awesome this is Debbie again kids love the reading dog we would like to have one available any hi during the week so we're trying to figure out to like who owns the dogs who pays for the training which dog passes the training so we're talking about a lot of logistics with that so that's like the Equine Therapy and the outside therapist but the same time we would have some internal resources if we had our own therapy dog that would be beautiful and be a beautiful balance also they have to be hypoallergenic are rats hyper legit Nick we haven't had a problem Connie said so far no problem with the rats except sometimes they pee on the kids every once in awhile lvp on the kids sometimes okay little gross but yeah we want to explore more options for out of the community for family therapy or being access to both the deaf and hard-of-hearing families as well as hearing families we would like to Support options for a b a a different kinds of therapy and supports their RV blow out there so far that is with the mental-health committee has if this is what Shack is hoping we're working on then we're on the right path if we need to back up and modify things that's fine let us know can we insert something that I thought of one thing our team in elementary is also talking about is someone having some kind of District plan relating to Crisis Intervention something that really impacts the whole Community how do we respond to provide that temporary mental health support or for both students and staff so that is just something we would like everybody thinking about great presentation a few things that I thought of I want to confirm I'm with Amy yes you are on the right track yes we have already started those conversations about the mental health clinic on side we talked about therapy animals we have talked about ever right city of things and those so yes you're very much reading our mind I wanted to respond to Debbie's comment I am setting up a nationwide task force with school safety for Deaf schools and their programs some of our councillors have already joined the first meeting we will be having a second meeting and Galia. Gabe Lomas Gabe Lomas is an instructor at gallaudet that has worked with the state of connected Connecticut and the huge priority of school safety and training because of the Stag comprehensive threat assessment guidelines so we are on there is a comment resume hang on just a second comment from Zoom we are talking about how essential it is to have a standardized curriculum and head of individual teachers creating their own curriculum teachers may have the same training but then but more about mental health versus diagnosed the current focus is more on the type of mental health rather than just a general understanding of what mental health versus mental health healthy versus not healthy and that's from Crystal Connie I do not create my own kill him I follow the book but I supplement by adding visuals videos and things to make it or more understandable like pictures of what the brain looks like a kind of describe what that feels like having the kids research different things themselves but I do follow the curriculum book Carrie like obviously important for family's to but people knowing like their medication and how that relates to their mental health so that it's really a comprehensive knowledge plan Courtney and others are saying yes yes yes Carrie was saying it like often I say I take that pink pill they don't even know what the pink pill is Becca is saying next on the agenda Brittany has a question about it has to do with the way they were talking about Crisis Intervention and mental health support are you saying that we currently don't have any mental health support or like for crisis intervention is that a true statement we have intervention for the councillors we have the private report Anonymous reporting I think prices like if there was a chi mass shooting out on the calendar is or if there was an issue that involved a lot of students were saying we don't have a plan for that so I think that would be something that would be good incorporate risk manager the safety person because that was something we had also talked about so if we want to pair that with me as well that would be something to have a conversation with him about that's really important for immediately afterwards and then follow up on how the whole clan went and my suggestion I did invite Mark Chadwick to be on the task force and so I'm hoping we can get some momentum going on that but yes I think it is crucial several schools have had things happen and then things have happened in the community and so we need to build that kind of plan Debbie says you went extinct okay good so we are on target next on the agenda oh business HP 144 the health center we are running short we have 8 minutes to summarize all this for this part people are like what we have plenty of time do for this part we're trying to stay on track we're trying to be better time he first we're doing great I'll talk about hb11 for that is regarding vaping if you are caught or you haven't you own it you are automatically referred for disciplinary action or students clarify students should not be doing it on campus either carry is saying there are issues coming up but for the students Bap thank you good questions for students I am speaking right now staff is separate but the we talked about this one thing to think about because this is a special ed campus it's a little bit different if a student is caught busted with they will have to have an MD are manifestation determination review it is a meeting when you have specific people get together you have an r that reviews what happens the students needs their eligibility criteria and then discussing how to best support that student they may go to the d a p there may be a different consequence but personally want to have some kind of support or conversation of why this is happening what do we need to expand on what do we what kind of plan do we have the other part is how we communicate this with parents the community and students we are still working on that so we're talking about creating a fly or some find videos were still trying to flush out like who's the best person to do those everyone's looking at and yes I agree Ashley shaking her head no so we're still working on that we're trying to develop a plan double-checking Zoom comment for the mental-health committee make sure to add the standardized crisis plan to the new curriculum so just getting that in the notes Health Center update anyting vaccination I'm sorry I can I can copy sign if you want we finish the proposal for the meningitis vaccine and in basically we're suggesting that we strongly recommend that ages 16 and above be fully vaccinated for a minute into cockle meningococcal disease in compliance with Texas State minimum requirements for primary and secondary schools it is a law for students that go to college and he secondary education they have to have it or they have to have the assumption and so since we live in a communal setting and it would be a smart and prudent thing for us to recommend so I wrote If you would like me to send it to you we want to put it for shock people to look at but I just wanted to share one thing that between 10 and 15% of people who get bacterial meningitis they they passed I do not live and it's a very easily preventable and treatable disease that's it so because we were going to recommend problem and so any questions about that do you want to read The Proposal we can or we can just send it out what would you prefer or the residential part right this is not just limited to school it should be it should be school why so like so if you are if you go to college it is for secondary education in Texas whether you live in the dorm or you do not you have to have the vaccination or you have to have an exemption. Like but you cannot even register for improve. So it's it has to do with everybody live in closely I know you brought that up at the first Shack meeting so is there anything we need to do to move it forward she just finished the draft proposal today so The Shack wants to review it do you want us to just go ahead and pass it along is it I can pass around it it's nothing new but I can show them I'll be more than happy to pasta yes I'm wondering if you can put it in drive I would really like to make sure that everyone can read it and will a in if we can get a copy of it in the Google Drive we often get the revolving door students like they're in the dorm and they leave the dorm there in and out in and out so making shirt know this is all students ages 16 and older Debbie will the draft or the proposal go through our school a turning yes and then it will be sent to the executive leadership team and this is a procedure not a policy correct I don't know I don't know if it's easier for policy okay just to clarify board policy is something that is big like it is overarching it has to be improved by the approved by the governing board so if we're like we have the health center what is best practices what are recommendations that's more of a prissy major like a standard operating procedure that it would be nice if y'all approve it and then we'll take it to the executive leadership team do all vaccinations vaccinations are in there Arbor policy so and that's why I said just thinking that would be another item okay that's good to know we have one minute time key for 1 minute go ahead and upload it to the Google Drive Ashley by the next meeting in February I mean borrow to approve its do we have to wait till February we could have proved it by e-mail or what do y'all think do you want to go ahead you just want to read it there's a lot of information but it's not all specific to tsda should it be more specific to Tia if you want we can make it more specific to tsg but it it's very generic I mean it's is cuz it's based it's not specific to our given school and the reason that were recommending it is because of our residential and our communal living we can't require it because it's not state law that's why I work suggesting that because of our communal setting if you would like me to put that language in there I certainly can I think just maybe expanding on that because like every smaller than that University smaller the dorms are smaller so it's things that are more specific that might help convince people better okay I think I'd like every to go ahead and read it and then we can set up a time line if you say nothing then we're going forward if you give some feedback will work on getting the feedback Incorporated we can talk later next new business is there anything new that has come up that we need to discuss Bolivar throwing a lot out Debbie said we're just giving you all kinds of information anything from Zoom we will go ahead and wrap up Shack and then the rest of the time can be use for subcommittee meetings and work or use that time to find a time that fits your schedule better I know it's late and people are missing the you're not here so I just wanted to kind of see what was going on with anyone see if they're what you wanted to do if you want to add something it's completely up to you all is there anything we need to talk about before we wrap up thank you so much for participating I always enjoy seeing your faces and I will see you all again in February not February 4th thank you she was teasing me she said oh are we meeting on the 14th oh no do you have a hot date oh yes I know that is it is your birthday okay thank you everyone bye bye I'll see you later
