- Installs and configures all hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolves issues in designated areas.
- Assist with annual computer upgrades
- Provides support for all computers labs on campus
- Provides tech support for all iPads, Promethan Activ-boards, Elmos, and other hardware peripherals.
- Assists our System Analyst in maintaining TSD network/Wi-Fi
- JAMF Certified - CCA and CMA certified
