TSD Staff, Parents/Guardians & Community,
In light of a combination of President Barack Obama’s upcoming visit and SXSW events on Friday, March 11th, we are anticipating traffic challenges which will, no doubt, impact our bus routes on Friday afternoon. We have received news that several Austin Independent School Districts (AISD) schools in our area will release their students early as well in hopes of avoiding traffic challenges.
To help minimize complications for our students, families, and staff, TSD will have an early dismissal for students on Friday, March 11th at 12:00pm. TSD staff can be dismissed anytime after 12:30pm at the discretion of their supervisors.
Should you (parents/guardians) have any questions about the early dismissal, please contact your child’s departmental principal/supervisor.
