Registration & Carnival Day: Friday, August 11, 2023
Hello! The summer is almost over. Now it’s time to get ready for registration for the new school year! Our Registration & Carnival day is on Friday, August 11th from 9 AM to 3 PM. You will need to start at the Administration and Welcome Center (AWC). The building is between the Health Center and the Elementary building. The first day of school is on Monday, August 14th.
We will have open houses for each department. We will also have booths, games, and time to socialize. However, your first stop will be at the AWC first to get your student’s checklist. If you completed the online registration BEFORE arriving at TSD, that’s GREAT; it will be a quick check-in to pick up the checklist. If you haven’t completed the registration BEFORE arriving, you will complete the online registration in the AWC.
For dorm students, the dorm will open at 1 pm. If you can’t make it on August 11th, please bring your student on Monday, August 14th. Your first stop will be the Admissions department to check in.
For those that need help with online registration, we will have open office hours. Just come by the Admissions department. Our open office hours will be from 8 AM to 4 PM on Monday, August 7th to Thursday, August 10th. Our evening open office hours will be from 4 pm to 6 pm on Tuesday, August 8th, and Thursday, August 10th.
Logging into the online registration is a little different this year. The good news is that you no longer need a snapcode to log in! You just go to the website – https://tsd.powerschool.com/public. You will see two tabs – Sign In and Create Account. The Sign In tab is for anyone who has already accessed their child(ren)’s account. You will need to enter your username and password. If you cannot remember the username and/or password, click on “forgot username/password?”.
Create Account is for anyone who has not logged into the PowerSchool Parent portal before. To create a new account, you will need to contact me first so I can give you your ACCESS ID and Password via email.
Once you log in, you will find the link to online registration on the bottom left-hand side.

Día de Inscripciones y Carnaval
¡Hola! El verano casi ha terminado. ¡Ahora es el momento de prepararse para la inscripción para el nuevo año escolar! Nuestro día de inscripciones y carnaval es el viernes, 11 de agosto de 9 am. a 3 pm. Deberá comenzar en el Centro de administración y bienvenida (AWC, por sus siglas en inglés). El edificio se encuentra entre el Centro de Salud y el edificio de Primaria. El primer día de clases es el lunes 14 de agosto.
Tendremos visitas a los salones de clase para cada departamento. También tendremos puestos, juegos y tiempo para socializar. Sin embargo, su primera parada será en el AWC primero para obtener la lista de verificación de su estudiante. Si completó la inscripción en línea ANTES de llegar a TSD, eso es GENIAL; será un registro rápido para recoger la lista de verificación. Si no ha completado la inscripción ANTES de llegar, completará la inscripción en línea en el AWC.
Para los estudiantes del dormitorio, el dormitorio se abrirá a la 1 pm. Si no puede asistir el 11 de agosto, traiga a su estudiante el lunes 14 de agosto. Su primera parada será el departamento de Admisiones para registrarse.
Para aquellos que necesitan ayuda con la inscripción en línea, tendremos horario de oficina abierto. Pase por el departamento de Admisiones. Nuestro horario de atención será de 8 am a 4 pm del lunes, 7 de agosto al jueves, 10 de agosto. Nuestro horario de oficina abierto por la noche será de 4 pm a 6 pm el martes, 8 de agosto y el jueves, 10 de agosto.
Iniciar sesión en la inscripción en línea es un poco diferente este año. ¡La buena noticia es que ya no necesita un código instantáneo para iniciar sesión! Simplemente vaya al sitio web: https://tsd.powerschool.com/public. Verá dos pestañas: Iniciar sesión (Sign In) y Crear cuenta (Create Account). La pestaña de Iniciar sesión es para cualquiera que ya haya accedido a la cuenta de su(s) hijo(s). Deberá ingresar su nombre de usuario y contraseña. Si no recuerda el nombre de usuario y/o la contraseña, haga clic en "¿Olvidó su nombre de usuario/contraseña?" (“forgot username/password?”).
Crear cuenta es para cualquier persona que no haya iniciado sesión en el portal para padres de PowerSchool anteriormente. Para crear una nueva cuenta, primero deberá ponerse en contacto conmigo para que pueda darle su ID de ACCESO y contraseña por correo electrónico..
Una vez que inicie sesión, encontrará el enlace para la inscripción en línea en la parte inferior izquierda.
