 TSD Governing Board Meeting 1 of 3 February 25-26, 2021 

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the Governing Board of the Texas School for the Deaf shall be held at 1:00 pm on February 25, 2021 and continuing at 10:00 a.m. on February 26, 2021. Due to health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 coronavirus, this meeting will be conducted via videoconference. At least a quorum of the board will be participating by videoconference in accordance with the provisions of Section 551.125 or 551.127 of the Texas Government Code that have not been suspended by order of the governor.

If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E or Texas Government Code section 418.183(f). Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting.
