Hello, my name is Sheri Mize and I teach Driver Education & Safety at TSD. I have been teaching since 2008! This is my 34th year working at TSD in November.
I received my A.A. degree in Liberal Arts at Lee College in Baytown, B.S. degree in Secondary Physical Education at Gallaudet University, and an M.S. degree in Deaf Education at Lamar University. I also received certification in Driver Education/Behind The Wheel instructor from Texas State University in San Marcos.
Although I live in Buda, Tx, my entire family resides in Sulphur, Oklahoma. I visit them when I can! Sports are the love of my life! When I’m not involved with sports, I enjoy traveling, hanging out at the beach, gardening, and being involved in the Deaf community and athletic events. You will usually find me at the official table being the scorekeeper!
