Welcome to our new TSD Facilities Rental Software! We are so excited to roll out our new software that will streamline how you reserve and rent our facilities. 

All events must be reserved at least 14 days prior to the event date. If you would like to reserve a space within 14 days of your event, please create your account and then email [email protected] with the details of your request. Please note: event requests within 14 days are not guaranteed, and are still subject to staff approval and availability. 

Please follow the below steps to reserve space for your event. 

1. Register for an account. 

All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. You can do so by clicking the Register icon below. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful you will receive an email confirmation. The video below will provide additional information.

2. Login and start reserving your space! 

Once your account is created you can start making facility reservations. Click the Log in icon below. The video below will further explain the reservation process.

3. Once your reservation has been approved by the appropriate departments, you will receive a confirmation of approval, and your event is scheduled!

If you choose to reserve space on our campus, please keep in mind that fees may be charged. Any organization using district facilities must meet insurance requirements and have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with the District, as well as proof of 501(c)3 if applicable.
