On May 26th, 2012. The Transition Services department celebrated the Awards Ceremony for the 18+ Program. <br><br>The 18+ Program is a blend of classroom instruction and community-based learning. It is designed to help deaf students develop practical real-world skills that will enable them to successfully live in the community with or without supports. Students enter the program after they graduate high school and may stay through age 22 if there is a continued educational need.
