Ms. Victoria Flis is a graduate of Gallaudet University with her Master of Mental Health Counseling. She is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor through the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors and holds a national certification as a National Certified Counselor. Victoria works with the High School as a High School Counselor.
