Ms. Tara Huber works in the High School department.  She is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Services with a minor in English.  She obtained her Master’s degree at Gallaudet University in mental health counseling.
