Welcome to the Texas School for the Deaf- High School Department.

Let me tell you a little about myself. I am a former graduate this school and have had the privilege of attending this school for 11 years as a student. I've always credited this school for making a difference in my life. It is where my parents have worked, where I met my wife and where my kids go to school.

That being said, it's clear that not only as an employee, but as an alumni, parent of 2 wonderful children, I have a vested interest in making sure that this is a school where everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow and belong at TSD. 

 

 As such, I am committed to raising the bar on academic expectations on the outset of every opportunity because I believe that we can be driven to excel and this can only happen when we raise expectations of ourselves and of our students. It has been my experience that when expectations are raised, our students rise up to the challenge and meet it. In doing so, I aim to help our students reach the highest pinnacle of academic excellence possible before they depart from High School.
