Housekeeping

TFC Housekeeping Staff is responsible for cleaning approximately 545,000 gross square feet in 48 buildings across the Texas School for the Deaf (TSD) Campus.  As our staff works diligently to keep their assigned areas clean, they are also responsible for setting up special events and keeping all areas well stocked with paper goods and cleaning solutions.

During set intervals, our Housekeeping Staff will complete any number of additional tasks such as: stripping and waxing floors.  Special events, such as Homecoming, also require extra duties and time spent by the Housekeeping Staff to keep the public areas clean and stocked. TSD works diligently to conserve products and use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions.
