Texas School for the Deaf (TSD) uses an online employment application process that allows applicants to establish an account, build their application and use the single application to apply for one or more employment opportunities. This account may be updated by the applicant as needed. The online process will track your application and alert you via e-mail as your application status changes.

Texas School for the Deaf obtains criminal history records of applicants selected for employment with the school. During the application process, you will be asked to provide information about your age, sex, and ethnicity in the Equal Employment portion of the application. This information will not be used to determine eligibility for employment or volunteer services. You will be asked for this information again during the hiring process and it will be used solely for the purpose of obtaining consumer information, including criminal history information. Furthermore, information from consumer reports will not be used in violation of any applicable federal or state equal employment opportunity laws.
