1. Call To Order
2. Action Items from August 29, 2022 Meeting
• Train staff to go across the street away from the building if
there is a fire. In Progress
• Melanie will do some research on the how TFC can get their
roll call to one spot. In Progress
• Work on evacuation spots for fire drills. In Progress
• Order vests for safety officers. Send go kit listing out. Get
glow sticks for the go kits. Green glow sticks can be all clear.
Vest should say safety officer and a bag. In Progress
• Make a video for NEO of SRP. In Progress
• EOP training for this group. In Progress
• Designate Justin as the persons to speak with the auditors.
Need Update
• We need to come up with a procedure for the Behavior
Threat Assessment. How they are to communicate and who
makes for final decision. Elizabeth had started working on
this. She will put it together and then bring it to this
committee. Have a small group to work together then bring
it to the group. In Progress
