TOOL contains videos and other materials focusing on deaf and hard of hearing issues (e.g. sign language, interpreters, lipreading, and other similar topics).

You can register for TOOL using the instructions here. All Texas residents are eligible and it is FREE! After your registration is processed you will receive a TOOL User ID via email.

TOOL is based on Alexandria Web - an easy to use, on-line library search and reservation program.

Note that you do not need a User ID to search for materials but you do need one to reserve and check out materials.
