Job Applications:
To be considered for a position, please fill out the State of Texas Application and TSD Supplement for each position for which you wish to be considered. Ensure that the name of the position and the job posting number is on the application. Applicants can mail or deliver their application to the HR office at 1102 South Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78704. Applications may also be emailed to work@tsd.state.tx.us or faxed to 512.462.5643. Resumes, cover letters, and letters of reference may be included with the application but cannot be substituted in lieu of the State Application or TSD Supplement. Note that application materials submitted will not be returned to the applicant and will not be used for future positions that come available. Applicants must submit separate application materials for each position that they are interested in. Please read the Guidelines for Employment for additional information regarding the employment process.
Individuals interested in Teacher or educational administrator positions must also submit with their application the Teacher Application Supplement, copies of all college transcripts, and proof of highly qualified status per the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.
