Administration and Welcome Center & Early Learning Center

The new Central Services building will feature an open Deaf Space design lobby which will serve as the Welcome Center and as a space for campus social functions. The building will house the Central Administration offices, Governing Board suite, the Business Services division, as well as having multiple flex space conference rooms
that can be configured to accommodate large or small gatherings. It will feature state of the art technology and multimedia capabilities throughout the building.

 

The Early Learning Center will support our students ages birth – 5. It is built around an open, common, learning and play space which features a kitchen area sized to encourage and allow the students to participate in meal preparation. The classrooms are arranged in pairs separated by see-through pocket doors which enable the space to be used as a large team-teaching space, or separated into more individualized learning groups. The play area will feature spaces that are appropriate for 18 mo – 3 year-olds and 4 – 5 year-olds, as well as incorporating elements of nature play.  

 

The building is scheduled to be completed in August of 2021 with occupation beginning in the 2021-2022 school year.
